I was amazed from the very first week my account manager,
Kristin Deeken, was assigned, she worked so quickly and was thoroughly organized.  I could look at my client dashboard and see all the various documents added and arranged.  She kept emails, notes, phone calls, and everything related to the credentialing process with the payer sources, and uploaded each into their respective folders.  At any point in time I am able to log on and look through each of the folders and see just exactly where in the credentialing process each item is, and what task I might need to resolve to help her complete her job.
